Hi! I am not a contractor, neither is my husband, have no idea about building and restoring houses. But I would LOVE to BUY a restored villa. Are there any already restored villas? I am sure some houses there have already been restored since that earthquake, so I'd love to buy one - not for 1 euro, of course
who knows what size the majority of the houses in Salemi is? and regarding location - what are "good" and "bad" parts of the town?

judging by their estimates (900-1200 euros per square meter and 100,000-200,000 euros in total to restore a villa) smaller villas are, like, 800-1,000 sq ft the bigger ones could be like 4,000-5,000 sq ft - but those must be some historical buildings, etc, I don't think the city will ofr those for sale for 1 euro |
