I know mine already shows that it has been processed by Salemi city council. are you looking to live in that villa or will it be rental? I am just trying to figure out my options. I heard a lot of students and people with archeological background wouldn't mind going to Salemi for their vacations, since that place is famous for their archeological tours |

I actually don't intend to MOVE there, I just want to keep that villa as an income rental... and go there for our family vacations, too
